Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. An order confirmation confirms receipt of your order; acceptance may occur after our verification process.

Custom Jewellery

Personalised, engraved, bespoke, resized and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return once production has commenced.

Delivery

We deliver to supported Australian addresses. Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are provided before or during checkout.

Returns & Consumer Rights

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains our change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in our Terms or policies excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
